Lucknow ( Uttar Pradesh ): The self-reliant farmer campaign, which started on 27 November 2022 by the Agriculture and Rural Development Wing of Brahma Kumaris and the Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation, concluded at Gulzar Upvan in Lucknow.
This program was presided over by Dr Rajneesh Dubey, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
In the program, all 86 brothers and sisters who were helpful in conducting the campaign were honoured by presenting shawls, mementos and certificates. Explaining the purpose of the program, BK Badri Vishal Tiwari, working as Assistant Director in the Agriculture Department, informed the gathering that the ‘Atmanirbhar Kisan Abhiyan,’ started with the inspiration of the Honorable Prime Minister, is going on in the whole country and Uttar Pradesh in the same episode. Four campaigns from Lucknow, the capital of Uttarakhand, were inaugurated on November 27, 2022, by the state’s Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi from the auditorium of Krishi Bhawan.
This campaign lasted for about 20 days and went to more than 300 villages and made personal contact with more than 30,000 farmers and gave them the message of adopting natural yogic agriculture for self-reliance.
Doctor Rajneesh Dubey, Additional Chief Secretary, Dairy Development, while narrating his experience of visiting foreign countries, informed that today all the countries of the world are moving towards natural farming. There is no other alternative to protect nature and humanity. He described this campaign being run by Brahma Kumaris as the biggest need of today’s time.
Lucknow’s senior Rajyoga teachers BK Radha, BK Indira, BK Manju and BK Sangeeta who came from Prayagraj, gave their best wishes and honoured the tireless service workers of the campaign.
More than 500 people were present in the program.

*ब्रह्माकुमारीज द्वारा संचालित आत्मनिर्भर किसान अभियान का समापन समारोह*
प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय तथा राज योगा एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च फाउंडेशन के कृषि एवं ग्राम विकास विभाग द्वारा दिनांक 27 नवंबर 2022 को आरंभ किया गया आत्मनिर्भर किसान अभियान आज लखनऊ के गुलजार उपवन में संपन्न हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम की *अध्यक्षता उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के अपर मुख्य सचिव डॉ रजनीश दुबे जी* द्वारा की गई।
कार्यक्रम में अभियान के संचालन में सहयोगी रहे सभी 86 भाई बहनों को साल, मेंमंटो तथा प्रमाण पत्र भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बताते हुए कृषि विभाग में सहायक निदेशक के पद पर कार्यरत रहे अनुभवी भ्राता बद्री विशाल तिवारी जी ने सभा को अवगत कराया कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी की प्रेरणा से आरंभ किया गया आत्म निर्भर किसान अभियान, पूरे देश में चल रहा है और उसी कड़ी में उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ से चार अभियानों का *शुभारंभ दिनांक 27 नवंबर 2022 को प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री श्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही जी ने* कृषि भवन के प्रेक्षागार से किया था। यह अभियान लगभग 20 दिन चला और 300 से अधिक गांव में जाकर 30,000 से अधिक किसानों से व्यक्तिगत संपर्क करते हुए उन्हें आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए प्राकृतिक योगिक कृषि अपनाने का संदेश दिया।
किसानों की आर्थिक सामाजिक और मानसिक स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए अभियान* के अनुभवी सदस्यों ने राजयोग तथा योगिक खेती की विधि गांव-गांव घर-घर जाकर सिखाई। *डा. रजनीश दुबे अपर मुख्य सचिव दुग्ध विकास ने अपने विदेश भ्रमण का अनुभव सुनाते हुए अवगत कराया कि आज विश्व के सभी देश प्राकृतिक खेती की ओर अग्रसर है।* प्रकृति और मानवता की रक्षा के लिए इसके अतिरिक्त कोई विकल्प नहीं है। उन्होंने ब्रह्माकुमारी द्वारा चलाए जा रहे इस अभियान को आज के समय की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत बताया।
कार्यक्रम में लखनऊ की वरिष्ठ राजयोग शिक्षिका राधा दीदी, इंदिरा दीदी, मंजू दीदी तथा प्रयागराज से पधारी ब्रम्हाकुमारी संगीता दीदी जी ने अपनी शुभकामनाएं दी तथा अभियान के अथक सेवाधारियों को सम्मानित किया। आज संस्था के सभी सेवाधारियों ने अभियान को जारी रखने तथा उन्ही गांव में पुनः जाकर योगिक खेती का मॉडल विकसित करने का संकल्प भी लिया। सभा में लगभग 500 से भी अधिक लोग उपस्थित रहे।
