Guangzhou ( China ): International yoga day fervour still continues in China even after 21st June. In the series of events , one big event on the occasion of IDY was organised in Guangzhou by Brahma Kumaris in cooperation with Parma Valley Ayurvedic Retreat centre with the support of Consulate General of India in Guangzhou. Hundreds of local Chinese participated in the event. It was a whole day workshop in a natural place of Baiyun mountains in the outskirts of Guangzhou city, including hatha yoga asanas, meditation and music healing session, ancient rajyoga meditation by Bk sister Sapna and Ayurveda. An information booth of BKs activities and courses was also set up wherein many new people showed interested and registered for future courses.

The owners of Ayurveda center have offered a space to the Brahma Kumaris to create a meditation experience and spiritual counselling place inside their retreat centre.
Certificate of appreciation was presented to BK Sister Sapna, Brahma Kumaris Guangzhou by Consul General of India in Guangzhou Mr. Shambhu L. Hakki.
They also celebrated the finale of 21-day online meditation series by Brahma Kumaris on this day (that was being attended online by hundreds of participants from 1st to 21st June everyday).
