Vijai Sadal has been practicing Raj Yoga meditation since 1978. He is a deep thinker who is keen to explore the interplay between the mind and emotions. Vijai resided in Peace Village Retreat Center for several years, and conducted various workshops there. An academic school teacher by training, he is currently a business owner in Trinidad.
