Brahma Kumaris warmly invites to the 2nd episode of the new series, Breathe Peace with a new focus on Friday, March 5 @ 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm EST. We continue to provide our friends with the ancient wisdom of yogic values blended with modern techniques. Together, we will explore and share new ways to learn and grow while being in a safe and healing space.
2nd Episode: “Vegetarian diet and yogic values are inseparable. The main principle of yoga is nonviolence (Ahimsa). This is why serious yoga aspirants are vegetarians. The vegetarian diet is crucial in balancing and purifying three qualities of energy (doshas) which lead toward the inner balance and union of consciousness (Purusha) and nature (Prakriti).
