Bengaluru ( Karnataka ): A recreation program for children suffering from cancer was organized at the Kidwai Cancer Institute, Bengaluru, by the Brahma Kumaris Bengaluru Jayanagar 5th Block Centre. The objective of this program is to teach Meditation and make children happy with spiritual games, songs, and dances.
The program started with a lamp lighting, and children began to smile and dance with some activities. About 40 children, their parents, and 20 caretakers (nurses) participated in the program. After the children’s program, the Brahma Kumaris present interacted with the nurses and gave them an introduction to the Brahma Kumaris and to meditation . The nurses were very receptive and friendly. The program ended with the distribution of fruits and towels to the children.
