Taguig ( Phillipines ): Leni Robredo, Vice-President of the Phillipines, and BK Sister Jayanti, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Europe and the Middle East, shared the stage as main speakers in the BK public program “Inner Resilience in Times of Conflict and Disaster” held at the SMX Convention Center in Taguig City in the Phillipines.
Thus this courtesy call also served as a re-connection of like minds dedicated to serving others. BK Sister Jayanti tying a rakhi on VP Leni’s wrist symbolized God’s promise to protect a leader’s endeavors that are sparked by a binding sense of brotherhood.
