Launching of RISE Project by President of India at Brahma Kumaris Headquarters on Tuesday January 3, 2022.
Abu Road( Rajasthan): The Honorable President of India, Draupadi Murmu, will make a two day visit to Mount Abu, the International headquarters of Brahma Kumaris. She is a dedicated practioner of Rajyoga Meditation for the past many years. She will commence her visit on 3rd January 2023, by inaugurating the project RISE : Rising India through Spiritual Empowerment (‘आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण द्वारा भारत का पुनरुत्थान’) in Diamond Hall of Shantivan.
BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, said that after inaugurating this project, she will visit Gyansarovar, where she will stay for the night. After attending the 4am morning meditation, she will proceed to Pandav Bhawan. There, she will offer flower tributes at Shanti Stambh(Tower of Peace), and sit in meditation in the room of Brahma Baba, the Founder Father of Brahma Kumaris.
The District Collector has designated Chief Executive Officer Zila Parishad, as the Nodal Officer and SDM Mount Abu as City Nodal Officer, for the visit of the Honorable President.
Rahul Jain, SDM Mount Abu, said that Nagar Palika(Municipality) has been instructed to repair broken roads in the city. Dr. Bhanwar Lal, District Collector, SP and other officers, visited Diamond Hall in Shantivan, in preparation of this visit. Mamta Gupta, SP, has given directions related to security.
