Brahma Kumaris plant trees to spread awareness about nature

Noida ( Uttar Pradesh ): A ‘Kalpa Taruh’ program was organized by Brahma Kumaris Sector 46 in the Delhi Public School (DPS) located in Sector 30. In this, in-charge of Horticulture Department, Ms. Ritu Negi, D.P.S.T., the coordinator of the school, Ms. Geetika Sarin, the teacher, Ms. Gunjit Kaur and the children of the school along with the In-charge of Brahma Kumaris Sector 46 center BK sister Kirti attended.

Brahma Kumari Kirti said that as we plant the tree and take care of its growth, similarly, if we all plant a seed of goodness in ourselves today and nurture that goodness through daily knowledge-yoga, then along with nature, a beautiful society will also develop.

With this goal, everyone gathered in the school and each member planted a tree in support of nature. Under the ‘Kalpa Taruh’ program, the Brahma Kumaris have taken a pledge to celebrate 75 years of the country’s independence that all the service centers across the country will together plant 40 lakh ( 4 million ) trees in 75 days.
