Miami, Florida ( USA ): The Royal Caribbean Miami Port office requested the Brahma Kumaris Miami Center to offer online classes for their employees who are experiencing stress and working from home. BK Amar facilitated this first online workplace meditation session, joined by 20 employees. Their “Wellness team” was very happy and grateful for the session and expressed that their management would want to make this available for their international offices.
Free online courses are being offered by Brahma Kumaris centers worldwide.
