Bhubaneswar ( Odisha ): On the occasion of World Braille Day, a program was organised in collaboration with Social Security and the Empowerment of People with Disabilities (SSEPD) Department, Government of Odisha. A book on personality development in the Odia language on Braille letter was launched.
Seated on the dais of NCSCDA (the National Career Service Centre for Differently Abled) of Bhubaneswar, were BK Suryamani, National Coordinator, Divyang Seva; Mr. Sanyasi Behera (first blind OAS officer), State Social Security Officer, SSEPD Department; BK Durgesh Nandini, Centre-in-Charge, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar; Bhaskar Jyoti Sharma, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, SSEPD Department; Mr. Ambika Prasad Pattnaik, Deputy Secretary, SSEPD Department, and BK Prafulla Kumar, Senior Rajyogi.
