Brahma Kumaris Nagthane Honored at House of Commons, British Parliament, London

London ( UK ) : On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the British Parliament’s House of Commons felicitated persons and organizations of excellence in diverse fields. Dr. Deepak Harke, meditation teacher and the only Indian holder of 156 world records, and Dr. Suwarna, holder of 89 world records, of the Brahma Kumaris, Nagthane, were honored with an “Excellence Award for Unifying Spirituality”. This award was presented by Ms. Amruta Fadnavis, Lord Bhikhu Parikh, and Lord Dolar Popat. It was supported by Incredible India and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Government of India, along with the High Commission of India in London. This award was powered by Aaj Tak!

Actors Gracy Singh and Sanjay Kapoor, Industrialists Kalpana Saroj and Sandeep Marwa, Executive Director of India Today Kali Puri, and BK Jayanti, European Director of the Brahma Kumaris, were also awarded at this function.

Dr. Deepak Harke has been teaching Rajyoga Meditation through the Brahma Kumaris for the past thirty years.
