Brahma Kumaris interviewed by Observer Radio in Antigua and Barbuda

Antigua and Barbuda, Caribbean ( North America ): BK Sister Payal was interviewed by Mr. Dave Lester Payne Radio host of Observer 91.1 in Antigua and Barbuda.

Mr. Dave Lester Payne said, It was a truly heartwarming and informative interview with Sister Payal.

She spoke on a wide variety of topics like the values, behavior, and lifestyle that are required for our daily safety and well-being, especially at this time as Carnival will be taking place this coming weekend on the Island. Dr. Payal emphasized the importance of Meditation as a tool for keeping check and control of one’s thoughts and actions, for a Peaceful and Happy Life. Having defined Meditation as a Spiritual Art of “quality thinking as against quantity thinking”, she emphasized the need for management of one’s thoughts as an essential technique for harmony and positive relationships.

Mr. Dave called upon the listeners of the frequency Observer 91.1 to visit Sister Payal who is a Teacher of this Art Form of Meditation for over forty-four years and learn about meditation as it is a voluntary community service that is being offered. She advised that if you wish to manage your life and have less stress she is also conducting classes in Stress and Self Management. In conclusion, Sister  Payal gave a brief history of the Brahma Kumaris whose headquarters is in India and its current activities.
