New Delhi (India ): The All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice presented the “9th International Human Rights Award 2019” to Rajyogini BK Sister Vedanti, a Global Ambassador for Peace Award, for protecting and promoting Human Rights, Peace, and Harmony, on December 9, 2019, at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, in New Delhi. It was in association with the International Human Rights Advisory Council Board of the Global Ambassador for Human Rights and Peace World Inter-Faith Council for Peace and Human Rights, and was dedicated to St. Mother Teresa on the occasion of International Human Rights Day.
In this event, BK Vedanti, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Africa, and BK Dr. Binny from Global Hospital, Mount Abu, also addressed and launched a “Pause for Peace” Project with eminent personalities.
