Brahma Kumaris Celebrate Two Days Raksha Bandhan Program in Itanagar

Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh): The local Rajyoga center of Brahma Kumaris celebrated the auspicious festival of “RAKSHA BANDHAN“, the festival of pure love and universal brotherhood in a befitting manner with piety and gaiety with a 2-day long programme.

On the first day, programs were held in and around the capital complex at Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli, Banderdewa, Pasighat, Bomdila, Roing, Tezu, etc. with a message to promote universal brotherhood for establishing communal and religious harmony & Social Cohesion as it is observed worldwide by Brahma Kumaris.

On the second day, a team of Brahma Kumaris led by Brahma Kumari JUNU, Manager, Brahma Kumaris & Dr. Jayadeba Sahoo, Senior Trainer Faculty, Brahma Kumaris, RERF & Professor(Ex_Dean & HoD), Dept. of Education, Rajiv Gandhi University along with BK Millo Ampi, BK Lukyir Gamlin, BK Anima, DK Sing, etc called on His Excellency Brigadier (Rtd.) B. D. Mishra, Hon’ble Governor; Bro. Pema Khandu, Hon’ble Chief Minister; Sri Chowna Mein, Deputy Chief Minister; Bro. Phurpa Tsering, MLA, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh and tied Rakhi with a message to promote universal brotherhood for establishing communal and Religious Harmony & Social Cohesion, where Dr. Jayadeba Sahoo, Head, Department of Education, Rajiv Gandhi University and an exponent of RajaYoga Mediation, explained the spiritual significance of Raksha Bandhan as a day of promise taking pledge to get rid of inner vices and negativities. While, Dr. Jayadeba Sahoo appealed one and all irrespective of religion and race, to donate not in gross, kind and cash but one’s inner negativity empowering our self through process of Supreme Communion (Raja Yoga) with Almighty GOD.

Programmes were also organised at CRPF Camp, Chenki View; ITBP Camp, Itanagar to empower the Service Personnel internally by educing their innate qualities through discussions & RajYoga Meditation, tied the sacred “RAKHI” with its above spiritual significance to cope with stressful situations and enhance their efficiency, circle of influence & performance for their optimal potential realization. Officials and Jawans were tied Rakhi with above said message where Dr. Jayadeba Sahoo, Head, Department of Education, Rajiv Gandhi University and an exponent of RajYoga Mediation, explained the spiritual significance of Raksha Bandhan as a day of promise taking pledge to get rid of inner vices and negativities. While, Dr. Jayadeba Sahoo appealed one and all irrespective of religion and race, to donate not in gross, kind and cash but one’s inner negativity empowering our self through process of Supreme Communion (Raja Yoga) with Almight GOD to inculcate His Supreme Commands of Universal Values to establish a “Value Based Happy Society of Culture of Peace & Non Violence” – our most cherished desire, Brahma Kumari JUNU, Manager and others tied Rakhi to officials of CRPF-as Sh. H. S. Kales, Commandant,. Sh. Harish Chandra ( 2 IC);  Sh Ariiche  Maheo, Sh.  Vedpal Singh, Dy comdts;  Dr. Anshuman  Ranjan,.  Inspector  Budha Ram and other Officials and Jawans. Bro. Madan Pal, Dy Comandant, Training, Bro. Y. P. Joshi, Asst Comandant and other, ITBP Officials and Jawans were tied Rakhi.
