Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The festival of Deepavali was celebrated with great fanfare by the Brahma Kumaris at its Headquarters in Shantivan, along with the 73rd birthday of BK Munni, Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris. Deepavali has special significance for Brahma Kumaris, as it was on this day that Brahma Baba, the founder father of the Organization, inaugurated the work of bringing in the Golden Age through self transformation. It was on this day that all the senior dadis got dedicated to Godly services. The Diamond Hall and Shantivan premises were beautifully decorated with lights on this occasion.
At the function held in Diamond Hall, Dadi Ratanmohini, Chief of Brahma Kumaris, congratulated everyone and said that Deepavali is a reminder of ‘Yagya’ inauguration for us, the day Brahma Baba laid the foundation for starting work to bring in the Golden Age through Spiritual progress. To run any Organization, right Spiritual Stage and arrangement are needed. We should strive to be like a spiritual lamp that removes darkness from this world.
BK Dr. Nirmala, Joint Chief Administrator of Brahma Kumaris and Director of Gyansarovar, congratulated everyone on Deepavali and said that this time before the Golden Age is very special as now we can experience the sweetness of having a relationship with God.
BK Karuna, Multi Media Head of Brahma Kumaris, conveyed Best Wishes to BK Munni on behalf of the Management Committee.
BK Munni, Joint Chief Administrator of Brahma Kumaris, also congratulated everyone on Deepavali. She recalled her spiritual journey and said that she came to Madhuban in 1969 and learnt to walk on this Godly path under the personal guidance and care of Dadi Prakashmani and senior dadis. From her life experience, she urged everyone to give happiness to all and receive blessings. That is the only way to progress in life.
BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, congratulated BK Munni on her Birthday. He said that Brahma Kumaris is creating history by showing a glimpse of the Golden Age to the world on Deepavali. Today, the whole world is passing through a transformative phase.
BK Usha, Senior Rajayoga Teacher and BK Sudhir from Shantivan well coordinated the function in Diamond Hall. BK Usha said that it was on this day that Dadi Prakashmani got dedicated to Godly services and Brahma Baba opened a boarding school for girls.
BK Munni was felicitated with a crown and shawl. Many people visited BK Munni to wish her on her Birthday all day long. Everyone prayed for a long life for her.
