Dr. Priyanka Alluri from the Florida International University Engineering Department invited BK Tej as a guest speaker for the “Highway Geometry Design” class. Along with sharing insights from his industry experience, Tej also shared the importance of mental health and ways to maintain positive mental health. He also shared how our consciousness (state of mind) creates the world around us and the importance of spiritual tools like “traffic control of the mind” in maintaining a good state of mind.
