Launching of “My Country, My Prestige” Campaign by Brahma Kumaris
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: “Mera Desh, Meri Shan” (My Country, My Prestige), a 7 day’s campaign, was launched at the Brahma Kumaris Centre, Rajayog Bhawan, in Arera Colony, Bhopal, on Republic Day to last until February 1st, 2019, at Khajuraho. This was organized by the Shipping, Aviation and Tourism Wing (SAT) of the Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation.
The Chief Guest of the occasion was Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Shivraj Chouhan, the National Vice President of BJP, who said, “Brahma Kumaris are the Tower of Energy. When I come here I experience powerful Spiritual Energy reverberating in the atmosphere. I feel like coming to my Sisters in the Family. I too want to join with them in their service activities.” He said further that there are many places in Madhya Pradesh full of Natural Beauty for tourists to enjoy. Stating about his visit at Mount Abu, he said, “I felt very peaceful there. I was very happy to see the Arrangements, Discipline and the Serenity all around.” He said that when Dadi Janki recently arrived in Bhopal I could not meet her because of my pre-engagements but I want to be with her at Mount Abu. He said, “Every individual must learn Rajayoga and Wisdom taught by the Brahma Kumaris.”
Mr. Alok Sanjar, Member of Parliament from Bhopal, also participated and said “Cows, Gita and Ganga have high place of honour in Indian Culture. They are our National Heritage. We shall not let them be down at any cost.” He said that the MPs must mainly be well aware of the Constitution. It needs to be modified from time to time as per the situation. He said that our Honourable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has established the greatness of our Indian Culture and introduced the value of the Gita abroad. It has such an influence that Japan has lent finance at a very low rate of interest to introduce the Bullet trains in India.
BK Avdhesh, Rajayog Bhawan Centre in Charge and the National Co-ordinater of the Administrative Wing, gave her greetings for Republic Day and said, the “Launching of the Campaign, ‘My Country My Prestige’, took place on this Day which surely indicates that it will be very helpful to preserve Indian Culture. The aim of the Campaign is to develop Love for the Country.”
BK Kamlesh from Mumbai, the National Co-ordinater of the Shipping, Aviation and Tourism Wing, said, “Today many people are going to foreign countries while they might not have seen all the places in India which are rich in natural beauty to enjoy. We must love to see our country first.”
The function of launching the Campaign was very lively handled by BK Dr. Reena, Gulmohar Centre in Charge. She explained that the three colours of our National Flag stand for “Valour, Peace and Prosperity”. She inspired people to make India Stronger and Prosperous by emerging the intrinsic power of Courage, remaining in the Soul’s original state of Peace, and receiving Powers from Supreme God Father Shiva.
Mr. Avdhesh Pratap Singh, Chief Secretary, Legislative Assembly, expressed gratitude to one and all while extending his greetings for making the Campaign successful.
BK Jyoti, Bhopal Zone Coordinator of SAT and the ‘Mera Desh Meri Shan’ Campaign, explained about Rajyog and assisted everyone in experiencing Peace practically by a guided meditation.
BK Akruti performed a dance very gracefully to welcome all the participants.
At the end, BK Avdhesh motivated everyone to take an oath on this occasion that they would keep India’s prestige high in the World.
