Brahma Kumaris are doing a good job in social upliftment

Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh) : Brahma Kumaris Kishore Sagar centre celebrated Diwali in the presence of Sachin Sharma, Superintendent of police, Chhattarpur and hundreds of BKs.

Initiating the programme, centre in charge Rajyogini Shailaja explained  the spiritual significance of Diwali. Addressing the congregation, she mentioned that as a lamp spreads it’s light all around, similarly we  ought to give something to souls who come in connection with us. In addition to this, she said that like a lamp made of Clay, this body too is an image (effigy)made of clay and as light establishes the identity of lamp similarly soul establishes the identity of this body. On this Diwali we ought to awaken the soul inside the body and that would be true celebration of Diwali.

Speaking on  the occasion as Chief guest, Superintendent of police, Sachin Sharma said that Brahma Kumaris are doing a good job for social upliftment in this world. Refering about proficient speaker Rajyogini Bk Shivani the chief guest Mr Sharma mentioned that if anyone suffers from depression or anger then he should watch the episode of BK Shivani on anger management to know how two minutes meditation is capable of healing a number of diseases. Appreciating the programme Sri Sharma expressed that this programme is one of the best programmes which will be remembered throughout his life.

Sharing his personal experience Hon’ble guest Hari Agarwal ,Editor of Chhattarpur tourism journal told that he has been associated with the Spiritual organisation for the past 20 years and has been blessed with the opportunity of visiting Mt.Abu. Speaking further he said that whenever he visits the centre he experiences divine bliss.

Addressing the gathering honorable guest Captain J P Shakya, Professor of Philosophy from Maharaja Bundelkhand Chhatrasal University said that we ought to take an oath of cleanliness on this Diwali. On this occasion spectacular dance presented by school children Kumari Gouri, Nidhi and Gungun won everyone’s heart.

Especially devotees got advantage of darshan of the live tableau of five forms of goddess Mahalaxmi representing Dhana Laxmi, Aishwarya Laxmi, Gaja Laxmi, Bhagyalaxmi and Mahalaxmi’s unique form and were filled with emotion. Among the dignitaries Journalist Surendra Agarwal,Property dealer Chandrasekhar Tiwari, Director of Shilling Home School Sanjeev Naugaria and others joined the programme. All celebrated Diwali together and expressed good wishes for all residents of the town.
