He further added, “The heaven we want to bring outside has to first start from the inner world of our thoughts. The Brahma Kumaris are constantly working for the welfare of society.”

Sharing the insights of the spiritual aspect of practicing agriculture, Rajayoga Teacher BK Neelima shared, “Farming is the basic source that fulfill the needs of food of every human and in today’s time, women farmers in many places are contributing a vital role in achieving this target. Alongside, these women farmers are not just providing sustainable food production for the community but also prepare meals for their families, which defines their overall contribution as a farmer, who grows, sustains, and prepares food.”

“It is important to be friendly with plants by talking positively and radiating pure vibrations that will eventually improve its growth and thus overall production by farmers, as proven by Agricultural and Rural Development Wing of Brahma Kumaris. Also, food should be cooked in God’s remembrance which will add health to the mind, thus bringing happiness and peace to one’s life“, she added.

Agriculture Extension officer BK Raman shared his invaluable experiences of meditation in the field of farming.

Agriculture Officer Dr. Prakash Singh gave elaborative deliberation on the right ways of farming, “Pure heart and pure food connects one to God. But, as today the food is getting contaminated, so does the mind of humans. Now, it’s time to stop the usage of chemical fertilizers and adopt organic and sustainable yogic farming.”

Principal BK Dr. Poonam Sharma, who is practicing meditation for the past three years, shared her experiences of meditative experiments done on farming and found the magical results from it. She concludes that meditation done on plants surrounds them with pure and positive vibrations, which rejuvenates soil microbes and ultimately improves farming production.
