Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan inaugurated the five day All India Bhagavad Gita Conference
Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The All India Bhagavad Gita Conference organized at Shantivan campus of Brahma Kumaris was inaugurated by Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. The five-day Mahasammelan(conference) is being organized on the topic of ‘Shrimat of God of the Gita‘, for the present critical times.
Addressing Mahamandaleshwar, sages and saints who came from all over the country, Governor Khan said that I have not come to give you knowledge but to clear my curiosities. I salute all you great personalities. In our Indian culture, saints, mahatmas, ascetics and sages have been considered ideal and not sentry-kings. Because our civilization and culture is based on spirituality. Spirituality is the religion of India. Our civilization and culture are defined by the spirit and not by the dress, colors and rituals of religious worship. Sitting with saints creates detachment. Attachment is dispelled by detachment and when we become free from attachment with this world, and attain knowledge, then we are close to God. The knowledge given in the Bhagavad Gita is the best and that teaches the art of living.
Our tradition is from the Vedic period- Khan
Governor Khan said that Indian tradition dates back to Vedic times. Other religions have come some 2500 years, 1500 years and 1200 years ago but our Sanatan(eternal) culture is the oldest. Yoga is that which creates unity in diversity. It is said in the Gita and the essence of all the Vedas is that we should acquire knowledge in life and when the knowledge is attained, it should be shared with others so that they also benefit. RajYogi brothers and sisters are doing this work of sharing this knowledge. There is a spirit of giving in our culture.
I love India deeply. My love does not mean that I should worship this part of the earth geography by giving it the form of an idol. India’s strength is intelligence and spirituality.
Brahma Kumaris trying to bring unity
The Governor said that these Rajyogi brothers and sisters of Brahma Kumaris are trying to bring unity in diversity across the world. The dedication with which they are engaged in world service is commendable. Such a big organization is being run by sisters, mother power, which tells the glory of women power.
Become an accomplice in the elevated work of God-
Chief of Brahma Kumaris Rajyogini Dadi Ratan Mohini said that you are all welcome in the land of incarnation of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. God says – Sweet children, I am very happy to meet all of you, the light-incorporeal God. My name is Shiva. I belong to the highest abode of the highest supreme abode. I establish a new divine world by entering the body of Brahma. By participating in this Mahayagya, all of you have become partners in the noble work of God.
The incorporeal God has established this Univeristy-
BK Brijmohan, Additional General Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris said that University is where the history and geography of the whole world i.e. the knowledge of the four cycles of the universe is told. Brahma Kumaris was established by the incorporeal God Himself and its Vice-Chancellor is Prajapita Brahma. The brothers and sisters who take admission in this university and study are called Brahma Kumars and Brahma Kumaris. God says: At the end of the universe, I create such a yagya in which education is given to become deities. The Lord has said in the Gita that the one whose deeds are similar to that of Brahma, that is, the one who follows Brahmacharya, knows Brahma, is the true Brahmin. This sacrificial fire of knowledge is the imperishable sacrificial fire of Knowledge of Rudra established by the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

Honoring of the saints
All the saints and Mahatmas, who came from all over the country were welcomed with sandalwood garlands, shawls and flowers. Madhurvani Group presented the welcome song. Well-known singer BK Asmita from Mumbai sang Aaina Saaf Kiya, Saaf Najar Tu Aaya…, Dr. BK Damini from Ahmedabad, BK Yugratan sang melodious spiritual songs.
During this, a beautiful theatrical performance was given on ‘Yada-Yada Hi Dharmasya Glani’. The Governor presented a cash prize of one lakh rupees on behalf of the Brahma Kumaris to Suresh Dangi, who presented a research paper on ‘the war described in the Gita is not violent, it is non-violent’.

आबू रोड/राजस्थान (निप्र)। ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्थान के शांतिवन परिसर में आयोजित अखिल भारतीय भगवतगीता महासम्मेलन का शुभारंभ केरल के राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने किया। पांच दिवसीय महासम्मेलन वर्तमान नाजुक समय के लिए गीता के भगवान की श्रीमत विषय पर आयोजित किया जा रहा है।
राज्यपाल खान ने कहा कि भारतीय परंपरा वैदिक काल से है। बाकी अन्य धर्म कोई 2500 वर्ष, 1500 वर्ष और 1200 वर्ष पूर्व ही आए हैं लेकिन हमारी सनातन संस्कृति सबसे प्राचीन है। योगा वह है जो अनेकता में एकता पैदा कर दे। गीता में कहा गया है कि जहां योगेश्वर कृष्ण होंगे, योगेश्वर कृष्ण अर्थात जहां ज्ञान, प्रज्ञा होगा वहां आत्मसुख हासिल होगा। गीता में कहा गया है और सभी वेदों का सार यही है कि हमें जीवन में ज्ञान प्राप्त करना चाहिए और जब ज्ञान प्राप्त हो जाए तो उसे दूसरों के साथ बांटना चाहिए। ताकि उनका भी कल्याण हो सके। ऐसे ही ज्ञान को बांटने का कार्य राजयोगी भाई-बहनें कर रहे हैं। हमारी संस्कृति में देने का भाव रहा है। भारत की बुनियाद मानस में है। भारत उस मानस की शक्ति से निरंतर अपने में सौगात पैदा करता है। मैं भारत से अगाध प्रेम करता हूं। मेरे प्रेम का मतलब यह नहीं है कि मैं यह मिट्टी भूगोल के हिस्से को मूर्ति का रूप देकर उसकी उपासना करूं। इस धरती पर पैदा हुआ इसलिए भी प्रेम नहीं करता हूं। इस देश से इसलिए प्रेम करता हूं कि भारत दुर्गम परिस्थिति में शब्दों को बचाकर रखा है। भारत की खूबी बुद्धिमत्ता और आध्यात्मिकता है।
एकता लाने का प्रयास कर रही ब्रह्माकुमारीज-
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि ब्रह्माकुमारीज के ये राजयोगी भाई-बहनें दुनियाभर में अनेकता में एकता लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। ये जिस समर्पण भाव से विश्व सेवा में जुटे हैं वह सराहनीय है। इतनी बड़ी संस्था का संचालन हमारी बहनों, मातृशक्तियों द्वारा किया जा रहा है जो नारी शक्ति की महिमा बताता है।
परमात्मा के श्रेष्ठ कार्य में बनें सहयोगी-
मुख्य प्रशासिका राजयोगिनी दादी रतन मोहिनी ने कहा कि परमपिता परमात्मा की अवतरण भूमि में आप सभी का स्वागत है। परमात्मा कहते हैं- मीठे बच्चे मैं ज्योतिर्बिंदु परमात्मा आप सभी ज्योतियों से मिलकर बहुत खुश हो रहा हूं। मेरा नाम शिव है। मैं ऊंचे ते ऊंचे परमधाम का रहने वाला हूं। मैं ब्रह्मा के तन में परकाया प्रवेश कर नई दैवी दुनिया की स्थापना करता हूं। आप सभी इस महायज्ञ में शामिल होकर परमात्मा के श्रेष्ठ कार्य में सहयोगी बने हैं।
निराकार परमात्मा ने की है इस विश्व विद्यालय की स्थापना-
संस्थान के अतिरिक्त महासचिव बीके बृजमोहन ने कहा कि विश्व विद्यालय उसे कहा जाता है जहां सारे विश्व के इतिहास अर्थात् यहां दैवी-देवताओं का राज्य कब होता है, कैसे होता है। भूगोल अर्थात सृष्टि के चारों चक्रों का ज्ञान बताया जाए, उसे विश्व विद्यालय कहते हैं। ब्रह्माकुमारी विश्व विद्यालय की स्थापना स्वयं निराकर परमात्मा ने की और इसके कुलपति हैं प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा। इस यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन लेने वाले और पढऩे वाले भाई बहनों को ब्रह्माकुमार और ब्रह्माकुमारी कहते हैं। भगवान कहते हैं सृष्टि के अंत में मैं ऐसा यज्ञ रचता हूं जिसमें देवी-देवता बनने की शिक्षा दी जाती है। भगवान ने गीता में कहा है कि जिसके कर्म ब्रह्मा के समान अर्थात् ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करने वाला, ब्रह्म को जानने वाला हो, वही सच्चा ब्राह्मण है। यह ज्ञान यज्ञ स्वयं परमपिता परमात्मा द्वारा स्थापित अविनाशी रुद्र गीता ज्ञान यज्ञ ही है। धार्मिक प्रभाग की अध्यक्षा बीके मनोरमा दीदी ने स्वागत भाषण दिया। प्रभाग की उपाध्यक्षा बीके गोदावरी ने सभी अतिथियों का सम्मान किया। मुख्यालय संयोजक बीके रामनाथ भाई ने सभी का आभार माना। संचालन ओआरसी की निदेशिका बीके आशा ने किया।
संतों का किया सम्मान-
महासम्मेलन में देशभर से आए संत-महात्मा का चंदन की माला, शॉल और पुष्पगुच्छ से स्वागत किया गया। मधुरवाणी ग्रुप ने स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया। मुंबई से आईं सुप्रसिद्ध गायिका बीके अस्मिता ने आइना साफ किया, साफ नजर तू आया…, अहमदाबाद की डॉ. बीके दामिनी बहन, बीके युगरतन ने मधुर आध्यात्मिक गीत प्रस्तुत कर समां बांध दिया। इस दौरान यदा-यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानि…. पर सुंदर नाटय प्रस्तुति दी गई। इस दौरान गीता में वर्णित युद्ध हिंसक नहीं अहिंसक था विषय पर शोधपत्र प्रस्तुत करने वाले सुरेश डांगी को ब्रह्माकुमारीज की ओर से राज्यपाल ने एक लाख रुपए का नकद पुरस्कार प्रदान किया।
