Brahma Kumaris share a message of gratitude and hope to Indian journalists and media professionals

Brahma Kumaris Appreciate And Encourage the services of Media Personnel during the Pandemic.

London ( UK ): BK Sister Jayanti, European Director of Brahma Kumaris, shares a message of gratitude and hope to Indian journalists and media professionals for the challenging times they have been reporting in.

A message of appreciation was released for the Media Personnel and Journalists,  for their frontline services during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

BK Sister Jayanti said that not enough credit is given to them for their all important and dangerous job done during the pandemic.  They keep meeting patients and doctors in the hospitals,  bereaved families, all of these exposing them to the Coronavirus.  She said that many people don’t realize the trials and tribulations of the media people to get the information and give it to the world.

BK Sister Jayanti further said that it is not so easy to get the news when there are negative forces acting against you. Media Personnel have also done a commendable job to counter fake and false information out there. Peace within and detachment enough to empathize but not get entangled in the situation, is needed.

She congratulated the Journalists for having done a fantastic job during the Pandemic.  We are concerned about caring for the caregivers, and Media Personnel come in the forefront of them. She also gave them hope for the future,  saying better days are ahead. The connection with God will provide resilience to keep doing this very important task.

Below is the full message from BK Sister Jayanti for Media professionals:

Om Shanti

Greetings of Peace to my Brothers and Sisters especially those working on the frontline through media. I know that the nurses and the doctors, caregivers are acknowledged from time to time through this pandemic and nobody expected that it would last this long. But I don’t think there is sufficient credit given to all of you my dear brothers and sisters who are working in the media. Because you had to face not just the situation of the pandemic and the dangers of meeting with the people who were working in hospitals, patients who were waiting for their turn to treatment, or even people who had lost their loved ones and many of you come in that category too. I know this pandemic has really spared no one, every family has been hurt in one way or the other and I am sure many of you have grieved. But I do think that many people actually realize or acknowledge the trials and tribulations that you have to face to get the information out to the world its sounds easy.

Just sharing the news but of course, when there are many negative forces on work against you its not so easy and you are putting sometimes your own lives in danger and at risk and so this is just to say thank you to all of you and much appreciation to all the work you have done. Not just to share the news with all of us, the detailed information that you have given us but also to combat the fake information and the fake news that has been put out.

It is strange that we are living in such a fast communication but yet it is so earthen which sometimes leads to misinformation and very often false information is being spread fast around. And so you had to have the inner stability that peace within yourself and that sense of detachment in which you although feel the empathy feel the compassion yet you are able to realize what is the reality behind all the camouflages that is put out around.

And so I want to congratulate you on doing a fantastic job so that information is reaching across the world. Otherwise, it is quite easy to get diluted by messages that have been put out but you have done a fantastic job of putting out what is real and what is actually happening. But also alerting people of the dangers and making them aware of the hope for the future.

And so we are concerned about caring for the carers, caring for the ones who are taking care of everyone else. And so you yourself come within the frontliners so much appreciation and many thanks but also I want to give you hope for the future that there are better days ahead and your own consciousness of peace and the connection with the one above is going to give you the power and increase your capacity in your resilience to be able to continue to do this very very important task. Thank you, Om Shanti.
