Birgunj ( Nepal ): On the eve of pious occasion of 87th Trimurti Shiv Jayanti, Youth Wing of the Brahma Kumaris organised one-day Blood Donation and an Eye Examination Camp in association with Kiran Eye Hospital under the Presidentship of Regional Director Brahma Kumaris Birgunj, BK Sister Raveena and Main hospitality of Madhu Rana, Coordinator of Blood Transfusion Centre Birgunj and Deputy-Chairman Parsa Red Cross Society.
The programme was graced by their benign presence by the Director of Kiran Eye Hospital and Senior Eye Specialist Dr. Amar Kyal; President Bar Association Parsa Om Parkash Gupta; President Chhapkaya Community Service Centre Gyasuddin Thakurai, Director of BK Centre Chhapkaya, BK Sister Bailey; In-charge BK Centre Raksol, BK Sister Gyanu; Convenor BK Youth Wing Birgunj, BK Brother Govardhan; Social worker Om Parkash Saraf; Nehal Khan from Nepal Television; Journalist Rajinder Singh Rajput; BK Brothers Jitender, Chhote Lal, Vijay, Anand and Mahesh, BK Sisters Sushma and Ganga; Officials of the Indian Embassy and students of the Birgunj Nursing Campus.
The blood was donated by BK Jitender, Amit Khatri, Anand Sah, Ravi Saraf, Rakesh Khushwaha, Jyoti Khushwaha, Gauri Devi, Sujata Chaudhary, Arushi Jaiswal and 50 other people. 61 people got benefit of free eye examination camp by getting their eyes examined.
The programme was facilitated by the co-convenor of the Birgunj Youth Wing BK Gokul Bhai and BK Sister Bailey welcomed the guests.
