Blue Mountains ( Australia ) : The Asia National and Centre Coordinators’ Retreat was held in the Brahma Kumaris beautiful retreat centre in the Blue Mountains, in Australia. The theme of the retreat was “Return to the Source,” which was very deep and introspective.
Dr. Nirmala, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Gyan Sarovar, and BK Charlie, Regional Co-ordinator of the Brahma Kumaris in Australia, joined the retreat bringing newness and warmth.
BK Caroline Ward from South America facilitated the session on what is holding us back from returning to the Source. Writing journals, sharing with others, and walking as angels were some of the activities as everyone went into silence for two-and-a-half days without mobile phones and computers.
BK Trish facilitated through journaling and introspection, and all had many wonderful experiences of the angelic stage and the seed stage in the powerful silence. All enjoyed playing Snakes and Ladders, noting the rise and fall of the inner empire, then talked through various scenarios that occur in life and used creativity to share this with others.
