Neemuch ( Madhya Pradesh ): 250 Scouts and Guides of Central School in Neemuch assembled at Sadbhavana Auditorium, located on Gyan Marg to learn the Art to improve Concentration and Discipline. It was organised by Brahma Kumaris of Neemuch.
“Very first lesson of student life is Discipline. For Scouts and Guides Dedication and Concentration are also necessary with Discipline. In young age and student life, safety from the company of friends is very important. It’s seen that in many schools, students of Primary to Middle classes to be very Undisciplined, Quarrelsome and Addicted to habits of drugs and alcohol. Therefore, teaching Moral Values and Rajayoga Meditation to improve Concentration, is mostly essential”. These statements were of BK Savita, Sub Zonal in Charge and of BK Surendra, the Area Director of Brahma Kumaris Centres, while addressing the children.
On this occasion children were taught, through small interesting stories, to respect their Parents and Teachers. They were given practical knowledge of easy Rajayoga to improve their Power of Concentration. They were also taught the way of Self-Motivation through simple tunes of children’s songs.
All the participants were seen in high spirits, heartily enjoying the program. They also promised to minimize the use of Mobiles and watching the Televisions.

“विद्यार्थी जीवन का पहला सबक अनुशासन है तथा स्काउट गाईड के लिए अनुशासन के साथ निष्ठा एवं एकाग्रता बहुत जरूरी है । बाल्यकाल एवं विद्यार्थी जीवन में अपने संग की सम्हाल करना सर्वाधिक आवश्यक है क्योंकि देखा जा रहा है कई स्कूलों में प्राथमिक से लेकर माध्यमिक स्तर के बच्चे भी अनुशासनहीनता, मारपीट के साथ–साथ नशे अथवा अन्य व्यसनों का सेवन भी करते पाये गए हैं । विद्यार्थी जीवन में आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों की शिक्षा तथा एकाग्रता के लिए मेडिटेशन की प्राथमिक शिक्षा नितांत आवश्यक है ।” उपरोक्त मिले जुले विचार ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान की सबझोन संचालिका बी.के.सविता दीदी एवं एरिया डायरेक्टर बी.के.सुरेन्द्र भाई ने केन्द्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक 1 के लगभग 250 स्काउट गाईड बच्चों के संगठन को ज्ञान मार्ग स्थित सद्भावना सभागार में संबोधित करते हुए व्यक्त किये । इस अवसर पर बच्चों को कुछ प्रेरणादायी कहानियों के माध्यम से माता–पिता एवं शिक्षकों के सम्मान के साथ–साथ जीवन मूल्यों की शिक्षा भी दी गई तथा एकाग्रता के अभ्यास के लिए सहज राजयोग मेडिटेशन का अभ्यास भी करवाया गया तथा बाल सुलभ गीतों की धुन पर उपस्थित बच्चों को स्वप्रोत्साहन की विधि भी समझाई गई । इस कार्यक्रम में बच्चों में बहुत ही जोश और खुशी की लहर देखी गई तथा लगभग सभी बच्चों ने टी.वी. एवं मोबाईल का प्रयोग बहुत सीमित कर लेने की प्रतिज्ञा की ।
