Agra( Uttar Pradesh ): On the occasion of 9th International Yoga Day, a program was held at Eklavya Sports Stadium, under this year’s theme of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (One world family).
A.K. Sharma, Minister of Energy, Government of UP, along with Satyapal Singh Baghel, MP Lok Sabha from Agra, was the Chief Guest on this occasion. The Brahma Kumaris sisters met the dignitaries at this event and greeted the Minister, on his birthday with Godly gifts. BK Madhu, BK Mala and BK Sangeeta, were part of the BK team, that met with these guests.
Anil Kumar, Commissioner Agra, Navneet Chahal, DM Agra, were also offered Godly gifts by the BK sisters.
15th June 2023 to 21st June 2023 has been observed as the Yoga Week , under the theme of ‘Yoga in every home‘, this year. The Brahma Kumaris sisters also met with A. Manikandan, IAS, Chief Development Officer, and offered him Godly gifts, along with an invitation to visit Mount Abu, the International headquarters of Brahma Kumaris.
A Yoga Rally was also successfully taken out from the Brahma Kumaris Agra Spiritual Art Gallery to Vidal Park and Shanti Path, on this occasion.
