California ( USA ) : BK Hansa, Co-ordinator of Brahma Kumaris in Sacramento participated along with nine interfaith intercultural leaders, placed rose in the Vase of Unity in the Interfaith ceremony held at the International world peace Rose Garden 20th Anniversary celebration that took place in Sacramento on the grounds of the Capitol building. Sacramento is popularly known as the Capital city of California.
The vision and mission of these gardens is sharing the message of peace and love as the rose symbolizes love, passion and admiration. The team of organizers have established these kinds of World Peace Rose Gardens in 10 different countries including Tapovan in Mount Abu, India, Italy and China.
During this celebration, children shared peace poems and expressed the meaning of peace in almost 7 languages.
One of special ceremonies performed by Aztec dancers with beautiful feathers honoring all four directions north, south, east and west. Event Attended by many Nature and peace Loving people.
The ceremony concluded by blowing rose petals in the sky and bringing joy and happiness on everyone’s face.
