‘Ideal teacher’ : Seminar for B.Ed. students of Bharti College of Education

Pudukottai ( Tamil Nadu ):  “There is a great need to reform the society in view of the deteriorating situation. A teacher is the one who teaches others through his life’s concepts” was the message given by BK Bhagwan while speaking to the future teacher trainees of B.Ed. of Bharti College of Education on the subject of ‘Ideal teacher’. He further added that a teacher is a sculptor. He said that the students follow the rites of the teacher, therefore, as a teacher, it is necessary to have virtues inside them.  He said that the teachers’ gestures, speaking, walking, behavior, all have an effect on the lives of the children, so  there is a need to teach the students by their  conduct.

BK Balaji said that one lamp lights up the whole room, so can’t we all together illuminate our school with value-oriented education?  Now there is a need for service.  He said that the education of conduct is  sharper than the tongue.

College Chairman G. Dhaneshwar said that it is the responsibility of teachers to bring change in the society, teachers need to remain stress free along with spiritual knowledge to focus on their own conduct.  He requested Brahma Kumaris to conduct such programs in future. Principal Dr. Chandramohan said that BK Bhagwan has taught moral education in 5000 schools and 800 jails, hence his name is recorded in the India Book of Records.

 At the end of the program, meditation was  done by BK Bhagwan.  Jayashakti , Ramnadan and all the teaching staff were also present in this program.

शिक्षक समाज के शिल्पकार है-भगवान भाई

पुदुकोट्टई तामिलनाडू : बिगड़ती परिस्थिति को देखते हुए समाज को सुधारने की बहुत आवश्यकता हैं। शिक्षक वही है जो अपने जीवन की धारणाओं से दूसरों को शिक्षा देता है।

उक्त उदगार प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय माउंट आबू राजस्थान से आये हुए बी के भगवान भाई ने कहा वे भारती कालेज ऑफ एजुकेशन के बी.एड.के भावी शिक्षक प्रशिक्षनार्थीयो को आदर्श शिक्षक विषय पर बोल रहे थे |

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वयं कि धारणाओं से  वाणी, कर्म, व्यवहार और व्यक्तित्व में निखार आ जाता है। शिक्षक एक मूर्तिकार होता है |शिक्षा देने के बाद भी अगर बच्चे बिग$ड रहे हैं  उसका मतलब मूर्तिकार में भी कुछ कमी है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षक के अंदर के जो संस्कार है उनका विद्यार्थी अनुकरण करते हे। । शिक्षकेां को केवल पाठ प$ढाने वाला शिक्षक नहीं बनना है।बल्कि बच्चो के चरित्र का भी विकास करनेवाला शिक्षक बनना है |

भगवान भाई ने कहा कि  कहा कि शिक्षक होने के नाते हमारे अंदर सद्गुण होना आवश्यक है। शिक्षा मे भौतिक सुधार तो है लेकिन नैतिकता का हृास होता जा रहा है। अपने जीवन की धारणाओं के आधार से नैतिक पाठ भी आवश्यक पढाये।  उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षकों के हाव भाव उठना, बोलना, चलना, व्यवहार करना इन बातो का असर भी बच्चों के जीवन में पढता है। अब समाज को शिक्षित करने  व शिक्षा देने के स्वरूप को बदलने की आवश्यकता है, स्वयं के आचारण से शिक्षा देने की आवश्यकता है।

स्थानीय ब्रह्माकुमारीसेवाकेंद्र के प्रभारी बी के बालाजी  भाई जी ने कहा कि  एक दीपक से पूरा कमरा प्रकाशमान होता है तो क्या हम अपने स्कुल को मूल्य निष्ठ शिक्षा से प्रकाशित हम सब मिलकर नहीं कर सकते हैं? अब आवश्यकता है सेवाभाव की। उन्होंने कहा कि आचरण की शिक्षा जबान में भी तेज होती है।

 कालेज के चेअरमन जी. धनेश्वर  जी ने  कहा कि समाज को  परिवर्तन करने की जिम्मेवारी शिक्षकों की है, शिक्षकों को स्वयं को आचरण पर ध्यान देने के लिए आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान के साथ साथ तनाव मुक्त रहने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने भविष्य में ऐसे कार्यक्रम करने हेतु ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनों को निवेदन किया |

प्रिन्सिपल डॉक्टर चन्द्रमोहन जी ने कहा कि बी के भगवान भाई जी ने 5000 स्कुलो में और 800 जेलों में नैतिक शिक्षा का पाठ पढाया है इसलिए उनका नाम इण्डिया बुक ऑफ रिकार्ड में दर्ज है |

कार्यक्रम के अंत में बी के भगवान भाई जी ने मेडिटेशन भी कराया गया |

कुछ कुछ प्रशिक्षणार्थी छात्राओं ने अनुभव भी सुनाया|

इस कार्यक्रम में जयशक्ति भाई , रामनादन भाई और सभी शिक्षक स्टाफ भी उपस्थित था |
