Environment Minister of Maharashtra appreciates Brahma Kumaris, Visits BK Center on World Environment Day

Udgir ( Maharashtra ): Rajayogini BK Mahananda welcomed and felicitated Sanjay Baburao Bansode, Minister of State, Government of Maharashtra, during his visit to the Brahma Kumaris center in Udgir on the occasion of World Environment Day.

Honorable Minister Sanjay Bansode also participated in the online webinar conducted by Brahma Kumaris Udgir, in which he urged everyone to minimize usage of vehicles and activities that increase pollution and plant trees which can give oxygen to many generations. He praised the work of Brahma Kumaris and their efforts in protecting the environment. He said Brahma Kumaris organization is not only doing spiritual work, but also working towards the benefit of society and nature through tree planting and social service. He expressed his interest to visit the Headquarters of Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu, Rajasthan.

Sanjay Bansode is the Minister of State in the Government of Maharashtra for Environment, Water Supply and Sanitation, Public Works (Public Undertakings), Employment Guarantee, Earthquake Rehabilitation and Parliamentary Affairs.

Maharashtra State General Secretary NCP Basavaraj Patil Nagaralkar,  Ramesh Amberkhane Social Worker and other dignitaries were also present in the program organized at Sadbhavana Bhawan Udgir.
