Abu Road ( Rajasthan ) : Thousands of Brahma Kumars and Brahma Kumaris from different parts of the globe gathered together to offer loving tribute to Rajayogini Sarla Didi at “Prakash Stambh – Tower of Light” in the Shantivan Campus at the Headquarters of Brahma Kumaris.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday expressed his condolence on the demise of Rajyogini Sarla Didi associated with Brahma Kumaris.
The Prime Minister took to his Twitter and said, “Deeply pained by the demise of Rajyogini Sarla Didi Ji, associated with the Brahma Kumaris family. She embodied hardwork, service and compassion. I am fortunate to have always received her good wishes. My thoughts are with @brahmakumarisHQ family and her followers. Om Shanti.”
The public figures who have expressed condolences through tweet, on the demise of BK Sarla Didi include the Vice President of India Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, Cabinet Minister at the center Mr. Harshvardhan, Chief Minister of Gujarat Mr. Vijay Rupani, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Nitin Patel and Governor Mr. O P Kohli. It was said that her life was dedicated to the service of humanity. We were fortunate enough to have her blessings always.
Respected Didi Sarla was one of the most popular Senior Rajayogi among Brahma Kumaris while being one of the Members of the Management Committee, Gujarat Zonal Incharge, as well as Chairperson of Scientists and Engineers Wing of Rajayoga Education & Research Foundation.
Her motherly divine personage and very loving care of everyone had endeared her to one and all. Her dedication towards the socio-spiritual service of the mankind was commendable. Her spiritual sustenance of hundreds of BK sisters and brothers was instrumental in creating a large number of dedicated, as well as loving and cooperative souls.
She was always welcomed and given great regard by Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, Chief Ministers, Governors, and other Ministers of Gujarat, especially during the festival of Raksha Bandhan and other mega Godly Service programmes.
BK Sarla Didiji had been hospitalised in Ahmedabad for almost 2 weeks; she renounced her mortal coil at 12.30 pm on 6 June 2019. The last rites took place today at Brahma Kumaris Headquarters.

राजयोगिनी सरला दीदी का देहावसान, प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने ट्वीट कर जताया दुख
आबू रोड, 6 जून। ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्थान गुजरात जोन की निदेशिका तथा प्रबन्धन कमेटी की वरिष्ठ सदस्या राजयोगिनी सरला दीदी का 79वर्ष की उम्र में देहावसान हो गया। वे काफी समय से अस्वस्थ चल रही थी। अहमदाबाद के एक निजी हास्पिटल में गुरुवार को दोपहर 12.10 अंतिम सांस ली। उनके पार्थिव शरीर को कांकरिया के सुख शांति भवन में पूरे गुजरात जोन के सदस्यों के दर्शनार्थ रखा जायेगा। देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी तथा गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री विजय रुपाणी ने ट्वीट कर गहरा दुख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि वे लोगों की सेवा के लिए दया के कठिन परिश्रम की लिए समर्पित थी। मैं भाग्यशाली हूॅं कि उनका आशिर्वाद हमेशा मिलता रहा। गुजरात के उपमुख्यमंत्री नितिन पटेल ने भी दुख जताया है।
शुक्रवार को उनके पार्थिव शरीर को ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्था के अंतराष्ट्ीय मुख्यालय शांतिवन ले जाया जायेगा जहॉं माउण्ट आबू स्थित चारा धाम की यात्रा कराते हुए शांतिवन लाया जायेगा जहॉं अंतिम दर्शन कर लोग पुष्पांजलि अर्पित करेंगे। इसके पश्चात अंतिम संस्कार होगा। सरला दीदी 14 वर्ष की उम्र से ही संस्थान से जुड़ गयी तथा संस्था के साकार संस्थापक प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा बाबा तथा मातेश्वरी जगदम्बा सरस्वती के काफी करीब रही। प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा बाबा ने 1967 में गुजरात में ईश्वरीय सेवाओं को बढ़ाने का दायित्व दिया था। वे गुजरात के अहमदाबाद में ही रहकर सेवायें दे रही थी।
