Shantivan, Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The Brahma Kumaris at its international headquarters in Shantivan observed Universal Brotherhood Day in sweet remembrance of revered Dadi Prakashmani on her 12th ascension anniversary. The day started with rich floral tributes to this great spiritual leader at Prakash Stambh (the Tower of Light) in Shantivan.
Later all the luminaries of the Brahma Kumaris family came together, including Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris; Ishu Dadi, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Nirwair, Secretary General; BK Munni, General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Mruthyunjyaya, Executive Secretary; and BK Hansa from USA, to offer tribute to Dadi Prakashmani.
BK Nirwair recounted numerous personal observations about Dadi Prakashmani through his long and close association with her. Starting from only 150 service centres of the Brahma Kumaris, she worked tirelessly and increased that to 7,500 during her tenure as Head of the Organization. She had the unique leadership quality of being able to solicit everyone’s cooperation for divine service. She overcame many challenges in organizational work with grace and poise. The work of the Brahma Kumaris reached 150 countries worldwide under her guidance. With her simplicity and love, she won everyone’s heart.
Other Brahma Kumari sisters also shared their personal experiences with Dadi Prakashmani. She touched numerous lives with her gentle and compassionate nature. She led the simple life of an ideal Brahma Kumari. Her life is a practical example of divine bearing and fortitude. The Brahma Kumaris Organization was recognized as an international NGO by the UN under Dadi Prakashmani. Her services for taking the message of the Supreme Soul to every corner of the globe were exemplary.
