Novosibirsk (Siberia, Russia): The Brahma Kumaris celebrated its 20th anniversary in Novosibirsk, the Brahma Kumaris Center in Siberia. Many guests from different cities were invited to the celebration. A public program “How to resolve internal conflicts and live in harmony with oneself” attracted many people.
BK Aleksey led the public program. Speaker BK Vijay was welcomed with the song “Swagatam” and a bouquet of white roses. A congratulatory speech honored the four sisters who are the original jewels of the Siberian BK Center. Later in the program, BK Sisters and brothers played a game on the virtual ship and also sang a song about their team (to the tune of the famous Russian song “Our Youth Team”).
A public program “The Magic of Unanimity” was held at the center in which BK Vijay showed how a person’s consciousness gradually unfolds from a limited level of “I and mine” to an unlimited level of service to the whole world. There was also a question-and-answer session which engaged the people who were present.
