Kadma ( Haryana ): On the occasion of National Youth Day, Brahma Kumaris Kadma organized a voluntary blood donation camp in collaboration with the Rural Development Council and the Hindustan Scouts Guides.
Mr. Sukhwinder Mandi, former MLA, while speaking on this occasion said that youth has a prominent role in the reconstruction of our society. They need to imbibe spiritual values, to develop a positive approach. The Brahma Kumaris organization is teaching and popularizing the ancient culture and tradition of India all over the world, just like Swami Vivekananda. This will make Bharat the world teacher again. A voluntary blood donation at a pure place like this has great significance ,as it benefits many lives.
BK Vasudha, Incharge of Brahma Kumaris in Kadma, said that the youth is the backbone of our nation. If they dedicate their physical and mental energies to the nation, like Swami Vivekananda, Bharat will once again become the Golden Sparrow. She congratulated the 59 youths, donating blood voluntarily at this event, saying that it will save many lives.
Mr. Sukhwinder Mandi, former MLA; BK Vasudha, and Mr. Satvir Sharma, District Head of BJP, felicitated these youths with badges and souvenirs. Mr. Arun Sangwan, Director, DSM Public School; Mr. Bishan Singh, Media Head of the Hindustan Scouts Guides; Mr. Satvir Thalor, Head of Arya Shaheed Bhagat Singh Youth Club Kadma; and Mr. Abid Khan were also present on this occasion.
