Spiritual cum Awareness Exhibition on International Day Against Drug Abuse

Ludhiana ( Punjab ): On the International Day Against Drug Abuse, a marathon was scheduled by the District Administration and Ludhiana Police, in which  Brahma Kumaris of Ludhiana were invited.

Deputy Commissioner Surabhi Malik, Police Commissioner Dr. Kaustubh Sharma, and Additional Deputy Commissioner Amarjit Bains were present at the event.

Around 50 BKs ran in the marathon, taking the message of saying NO to drugs for a healthy body and well-being of the mind. On the occasion, Brahma Kumaris also set up a spiritual-cum-awareness exhibition to apprise all about the harmful impact of drugs and conducted guided meditation to adopt a value-based lifestyle. People who visited the exhibition were also educated about the eight spiritual innate powers of the soul and how its attainment can set one free from drug abuse.
