“Sign of a True Heart – Clean, Pure and Happy Heart” – Online Webinar on World Heart Day

Raipur ( Chhattisgarh ): The Medical Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris held an online Webinar on the occasion of World Heart Day.  The topic of the day was “Sign of a True Heart – Clean, Pure and Happy Heart.”

Dr. Satish Gupta, Director of Global Hospital and Trauma Center, Mount Abu, speaking on this occasion said that change in lifestyle is a must to escape heart disease.  The main causes of heart disease are stress, anxiety, anger and worry.  It has a direct connection with the mind. Thirty percent of the world’s population suffers from heart disease and the maximum number of deaths happen because of it.

He further elaborated that heart disease is a psychosomatic condition.  Sharing thoughts with loved ones keeps the mind healthy.  People who have the habit of being impatient are more at risk. Honesty keeps the heart healthy.  Daily Rajyoga practice has shown great results in the cure of heart disease.

Dr. Mohit Dayal Gupta, Professor at G. B. Pant Hospital, New Delhi, said that we have paid great attention to our material well being, but have lost our peace and happiness.  For a healthy life, pure food, exercise and meditation are a must.

Dr. Dilip Nalge, Health Trainer and Professor from Mumbai, said that being happy and honest is good for the heart.

Dr. Satish Suryavanshi, Director of S. M. C. Hospital in Raipur,  in his remarks said that being dishonest produces imbalancing hormones in the body. We must start our day with positive thoughts.  Raw fruits and vegetables should be consumed more. We must make Rajyoga Meditation a part of our daily routine.

BK Kamla,  Director of Shanti Sarovar Retreat Center in Raipur,  said that the coronavirus pandemic has created many new problems in the society today. Unemployment, fear, stress, loss of confidence are rampant in people.  For empowering the mind to handle every situation,  Rajyoga Meditation must be practiced.

BK Hemlata, Coordinator of the Indore Zone of Brahma Kumaris,  said that negative mental tendencies are the reason behind ninety percent of diseases.  A heart full of positivity and goodness can be called a pure heart. In reality,  that is a healthy heart.

हृदयरोग से बचने के लिए जीवनशैली में परिवर्तन जरूरी… डॉ. सतीश गुप्ता

रायपुर: ग्लोबल हॉस्पीटल एण्ड ट्रामा सेन्टर माउण्ट आबू के डायरेक्टर डॉ. सतीश गुप्ता ने कहा कि हृदय रोग से बचने के लिए जीवन शैली को बदलना होगा। हृदय रोग का प्रमुख कारण तनाव, चिन्ता, उदासी और गुस्सा है। हृदय रोग का सीधा सम्बन्ध मन से है। विश्व में सबसे अधिक मौत हृदय रोग के कारण होती है। पूरे विश्व में तीस प्रतिशत लोग हृदय रोग के कारण मरते हैं।

डॉ. सतीश गुप्ता आज विश्व हृदय दिवस के अवसर पर प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय के मेडिकल विंग द्वारा यू-ट्यूब पर ऑनलाईन आयोजित वेबीनार में बोल रहे थे। विषय था-सच्ची दिल की निशानी साफ दिल, स्वच्छ और खुशहाल दिल।

उन्होंने कहा कि हृदयरोग एक साइकोसोमेटिक डिसीज है। उन्होंने किसी शायर का शेर सुनाते हुए कहा कि अगर दिल खोल लिया होता यारों से तो न खोलना पड़ता औजारों से। इसलिए अपने मित्रों से, परिवार वालों से, बच्चों से दिल की बातें कहना सीखो। जो लोग हर काम में जल्दबाजी करते हैं उनको हृदय रोग का खतरा ज्यादा होता है। दिल में सच्चाई होने से हृदय स्वस्थ और खुशहाल होगा। इसके साथ ही राजयोग मेडिटेशन करें। राजयोग से बन्द आट्र्रीज भी खुल जाती हैं।

जी.बी.पन्त हॉस्पीटल नई दिल्ली के प्रोफेसर डॉ. मोहित दयाल गुप्ता ने कहा कि हम अपने काम की तरफ ज्यादा ध्यान देते हैं और लाईफस्टाईल की ओर कम ध्यान देते हैं। हमने भौतिक साधन तो खूब जुटा लिए हैं किन्तु जीवन से सुख और शान्ति खो गई है। हृदय रोग लाईफस्टाईल डिसआर्डर है। स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए स्वास्थ्यवर्धक भोजन, व्यायाम और मेडिटेशन इन तीनों का सन्तुलन जरूरी है। मेडिटेशन से मन में शान्ति की अनुभूति होगी। सकारात्मक सोच बनेगी।

मुम्बई के हेल्थ ट्रेनर एवं प्रोफेसर डॉ. दिलीप नलगे ने कहा कि दिनों-दिन दिल की बीमारी बढ़ती जा रही है। हमारा दिल चौबीस घण्टे बिना रूके खून को शरीर के अंगों तक पहुंचाने के लिए कार्य करता है तो हमें भी उसकी सेहत का ख्याल रखना चाहिए। जितना हम सत्यता की राह पर चलते हैं उसका दिल पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है। किसी की बुराई अथवा अवगुण को दिल में जगह न दें। दिल को साफ रखना जरूरी है। हमेशा खुश रहना सीखें।

एस.एम.सी. हॉस्पीटल रायपुर के डायरेक्टर डॉ. सतीश सूर्यवंशी ने कहा कि अगर आप दिल से सच्चे हैं तो हृदय स्वस्थ होगा। झूठ से शरीर में असामान्य हार्मोन्स निकलते हैं जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए ठीक नहीं है। जीवन में इन दिनों तनाव बहुत बढ़ गया है। जब हम गुस्सा करते हैं तो हार्टअटैक की सम्भावना बढ़ जाती है। हमें दिन की शुरूआत सकारात्मक विचारों के साथ करना चाहिए। भोजन में अधिक से अधिक फल और सलाद का सेवन करना चाहिए। वसायुक्त भोजन नहीं करना है। ओवरवेट न हों। राजयोग को अपने जीवन का हिस्सा बना लेना चाहिए।

शान्ति सरोवर रिट्रीट सेन्टर रायपुर की निदेशिका ब्रह्माकुमारी कमला दीदी ने अपने आशीर्वचन में कहा कि वर्तमान समय कोरोना के कारण समाज में अनेक समस्याएं पैदा हो गई हैं। बेरोजगारी, भय, तनाव, कमजोर मनोबल आदि मुख्य समस्याएं हैं। मनोबल हमारा कमजोर नहीं होना चाहिए। आत्म विश्वास के बल पर हम हरेक परिस्थितियों का सामना कर सकते हैं। मन को सशक्त बनाने के लिए उसे परमात्मा में एकाग्र करने की विधि राजयोग मेडिटेशन का तरीका सीखना होगा। इससे ही मन शक्तिशाली होगा।

इन्दौर जोन की मुख्य क्षेत्रीय समन्वयक ब्रह्माकुमारी हेमलता दीदी ने कहा कि मन का प्रभाव तन पर पड़ता ही है। नब्बे प्रतिशत बिमारियों का प्रमुख कारण मनोविकार ही होते हैं। जब मन में शुद्घता और पवित्रता होती है तो दिल में सर्व के प्रति शुभ भावना भरी होती है। ऐसे दिल को ही कहेंगे साफ दिल। दिल साफ होने से मन की सभी इच्छाएं पूरी हो जाती हंै। साफ दिल स्वच्छ और खुशनुमा दिल को ही स्वस्थ दिल कहेंगे।
