Orientation for Software Professionals

 
Bhubaneswar (Odisha): Shanti Kunj, the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre at Saralanagar in Bhubaneswar, organised a three-day orientation course for software professionals to lead a stress-free and peaceful life.

Centre incharge Sister BK Pushpa, in her discourse, focused on Atma (soul), Paramatma (Supreme Soul) and techniques of empowering the soul to receive His Supreme power that energises the workplace environment and frees it of mundane tensions to the advantage of the employees.
 
“In everyday life, we come across several physical and mental challenges. The practice of Rajayoga meditation helps us to execute routine assignments with ease and comfort,”  she suggested and conducted guided meditation for the software personnel for three days.
 
The camp, which deliberated upon transforming age-old resolves (Sanskars) and shedding inhibitions associated with Hindu rituals, concluded with a question-answer session at Fortune Towers, Chandrasekharpur.
 
Sister Pushpa also offered ‘toli’ to the participants of Semtech company in the presence of BK Swarna and BK Ramesh.
