Mumbai (Maharashtra): The Brahma Kumaris of Malad were felicitated with Mahila Samaj Ratna, or the Woman Jewel of Society Award 2021, at an event by NHRJC (National Human Rights & Social Justice Commission) on International Women’s Day. The award celebrates Women Empowerment and Achievement. BK Kunti accepted this award on behalf of the Brahma Kumaris.
Dr. Mehtab Ray, National President NHRJC, was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Additional Commissioner Police, M. I. Patel, Central Adviser Delhi; Ms. Manju, International Film Producer; and Ms. Archana Deshmukh, Social Worker, were also present on this occasion.
