“Magic of My Thinking” Project for Children by Brahma Kumaris Bhilai

Bhilai ( Chhattisgarh ): The Education Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris organized a  project called “Magic of My Thinking” for children. The venue of this program was Maitri Kunj, Cross Street Four. It was inaugurated by Ms. Vaishali Supe, Education Officer of Bhilai Steel Plant. Ms. Lipika Banerjee, Head Mistress of Delhi Public School Junior; Mr. Ashwini Jaggi, Commandant, Border Security Force; Ms. Meenakshi Tomar, Principal, Vinayak School; Ms. Sangeeta Sagar, Principal, IMMS, Sector 5, were also present at the candle lighting ceremony.

BK Prachi, Rajyoga Teacher, apprised the audience about the aim of this project. Starting as a small step, this project will give big results in the future. A well-directed mind is the key to success.

Ms. Vaishali Supe said that meditation is the way to make our mind and thinking magical. It is relevant to connect children with such projects so that a good society can be created.

Ms. Lipika Banerjee said that those who try, never fail.

BK Asha, In-charge of the Bhilai service center of the Brahma Kumaris, congratulated everyone on the inauguration of this program.

Under this initiative, being held from December 7, 2019, to January 25, 2020, children will be given a five-minute guided meditation training with commentary every day. It aims to foster positive thinking, concentration, time management, and stress-free life skills amongst them. A painting competition under the “Stars on Earth” project will also be held.

Many children and their wards, along with prominent local citizens, have been mobilized to take part in this project.
