“International De-addiction Day” Program by Brahma Kumaris Rewa

Rewa ( Madhya Pradesh ): The Brahma Kumaris of Shantidham Centre, Rewa, organized a De-addiction Workshop in Jhiriya village to discuss “Social Welfare of Humanity through a De-addicted Society.” Many Scholars from all Vindhya Division showed their concern about the increase of addiction.

Expressing their feelings Mr. Subhash Kumar Sharma, Assistant Director of Social and Disables Department; Lokayukt Inspectors, Mr. Parmendra Singh and Mr. Anup Singh Thakur, said that addictions cause economical, social and all-round harm to Society and to the Individual as well. To re-establish an Addiction-Free Society, everyone’s cooperation is required.

Chief Engineer Mr. R K Singh, Vice Chairman of the Indian Red Cross Society and Eye Hospital in Rewa, said, “Addiction renders the Higher Education and Intellect of the Powerful Youth disabled. Hence it must be the only Aim to think of wiping off habits of addictions, to build a better Society. At the same time there must be a well-organized Model De-addiction Centre in Rewa, for people of badly spoiled character.

Mr. Sujeet Dwivedi, the President of Shahid Bhagat Singh Institute, stated that the mutilated forms of addictions such as crime, torture, atrocity and many such acts, are like diseases. He said that if the young generation doesn’t take such products, a better, healthy, wiser, noble Society can be created. He said that anything like marijuana, opium, tobacco, and cigarettes are all a curse on Society. So it is better for all to discard these habits. He said that crimes can be controlled only when the Society is first De-addicted.

Senior Social Activist and Police Station Officer, Mr. Pramod Pandey; Advocates Mr. Surya Prakash Mishra, Mr. Gul Mohammed, Mr. B P Singh, Mr. Mohammed Farukh, Lioness Madam Sandhya Goutham and Madam Tamanna Ansari, all shared their opinions.

Zonal Director of Brahma Kumaris BK Nirmala extended Almighty God’s blessings to all the elite participants and greeted them with her vote of thanks and Best Wishes.

रीवा प्रजापिता ब्रह्माकुमारी ईश्वरीय विश्वविद्यालय शांति धाम जिला रीवा में नशा मुक्त समाज से मानवता का कल्याण विषय पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन संपन्न हुआ* इस कार्यशाला में विंध्य क्षेत्र के विशिष्ट बुद्धिजीवियों ने अपने विचारों को साझा किया व बढ़ते नशे की प्रवृत्ति पर चिंता व्यक्त की। इस कार्यशाला में अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए सामाजिक एवं निशक्तजन विभाग के सहायक संचालक श्री सुभाष कुमार शर्मा एवं लोकायुक्त इंस्पेक्टर प्रमेंद्र सिंह एवं अनूप सिंह ठाकुर ने कहा के नशे से व्यक्ति का व्यक्ति का ,समाज का ,आर्थिक सामाजिक एवं सर्वांगीण सत्यानाश हो जाता है। आप नशा मुक्त समाज बनाने में सभी को सहयोग चाहिए ।अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए प्रमुख अभियंता इंजीनियर आरके सिंह एव वाइस चेयरमैन भारतीय रेड क्रॉस सोसाइटी एवं नेत्र चिकित्सालय रीवा ने कहा कि समाज में नशा युवा शक्ति की उत्कृष्ट विद्या ,विवेक कोमानसिक रूप से विकलांग बना देता है ।अतः समाज को श्रेष्ठा चारी बनाने का सभी को लक्ष्य है, तो नशे की उन्मूलन पर अवश्य ही विचार करना चाहिए साथ ही अत्यंत बिगड़े हुए स्वभाव के नशे के आदि लोगों के लिए एक सुव्यवस्थित *आदर्श नशा मुक्ति केंद्र रीवा में होना चाहिए ।अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए शहीद भगत सिंह संस्थान के अध्यक्ष सुजीत द्विवेदी नेकहां की नशे का विकृत रूप अपराध ,अत्याचार ,पापाचार एवं सेवाअनेक बीमारियां हैं। नशा एवं उसके उत्पादों को युवा पीढ़ी सेवन ना करें तो बेहतर समाज ,स्वस्थ समाज के बुद्धिमान उत्कृष्ट समाज का निर्माण किया जा सकता है । आपने कहा कि या नशा चाहे गांजा भांग गुटका तंबाकू बीड़ी सिगरेट या किसी भी प्रकार का हो मानव समाज के लिए अभिशाप है ।अतः सभी प्रकार के नशे को त्याग देने में ही सबका सबकी भलाई है।उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि अपराध में नियंत्रण तभी लाया जा सकता है जबकि समाज को नशा मुक्त पहले बनाया जाए । वरिष्ठ समाजसेवी और थानेदार प्रमोद पांडेएडवोकेट सूर्य प्रकाश मिश्रा गुल मोहम्मद ,मोहम्मद फारुख ,बी पी सिंह , लायनेस संध्या गौतम ,तमन्ना अंसारी ने अपने विचार व्यक्त किए ।इस कार्यक्रम में सभी विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों के प्रति आशीर्वचन ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान की क्षेत्रीय संचालिकाबीके निर्मला बहन जी ने किया ।
