Governor of West Bengal highly praises the excellent work of Brahma Kumaris

Kolkata ( West Bengal ): A team from the Brahma Kumaris Kolkata Museum, led by BK Kanan, In-charge of Brahma Kumaris Eastern Zone HQ, Kolkata, met the Honorable Governor of West Bengal H.E. Jagdeep Dhankar at Raj Bhavan, Kolkata, with a humble invitation for the launching of a Kolkata Chapter: Spiritual Empowerment for Kindness & Compassion with a Conference on Spirituality the Ultimate Solution.”

It was indeed a very warm meeting, like a family gathering after a gap of three years due to the covid pandemic. Highly appreciating the non-stop selfless service and Excellent Work done by the Brahma Kumaris for the all-round upliftment of humanity, the Governor gladly accepted the invitation. His Excellency also expressed his keen desire to visit the BK World HQ in Mount Abu on the earliest suitable occasion.

His Excellency was briefed about the increasing public demand for Brahma Kumaris Godly Service, specially during the Covid Lockdown through online mode, etc.

The Governor was also very pleased to hear about the ongoing construction work of the Brahma Kumaris maiden Retreat Centre, Global Enlightenment Centre (GEC), for Kolkata in Amtala.

Before concluding the 30-minute meeting, one minute silence was observed in remembrance of the Supreme Father.  As a token of appreciation and affection, a beautiful “memento” of the Governor’s House Raj Bhavan Kolkata was presented to BK Kanan.
