Dadi Hridayamohini, Head Of Brahma Kumaris, Leaves Her Mortal Coil, PM Modi And Other Prominent Leaders Offer Condolences

Mount Abu( Rajasthan): Dadi Hridayamohini,  Head of Brahma Kumaris,  left her mortal coil on the pious day of Mahashivaratri, Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was 93 and was undergoing treatment at Saifee hospital in Mumbai for the past 15 days. Her passing away was condoled by Prime Minister of India,  Narendra Modi, Vice President of India and many other prominent leaders.

Her mortal remains was brought to the organisation headquarters in Abu Road the same day and people are allowed to pay their respect to Dadi Hridayamohini. BK Brijmohan, Additional General Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, BK Munni, Program Manager of Brahma Kumaris, BK Mruthyunjaya, Executive Secretary of Brahma Kumaris, BK Neelu, Care taker of Dadi Hridayamohini, BK Asha, Director of Om Shanti Retreat Center, Delhi, BK Shashi, BK Sheilu, BK Dr. Nirmala, BK Dr. Partap and many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris from all over India and abroad paid heartfelt homage to Dadi Hridayamohini at Gyansarovar, Global Hospital and Pandav Bhawan on Friday, March 12. Her last rites will be performed on Saturday, March 13, 10 AM IST in Shantivan, Abu Road, Rajasthan. ( Watch LIVE here).

Prime Minister Narendra Modi,  while condoling her demise said that she would be remembered for her numerous efforts to alleviate human suffering and further societal empowerment. She played a pivotal role in spreading the positive message of the Brahma Kumaris family globally. Anguished by her passing away. Om Shanti, Mr. Modi said on Twitter.

Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu tweeted that “Dadi Gulzar dedicated her complete life for social service, spiritual upliftment and to give teachings of Rajayoga.”

Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot tweeted, “My heartfelt condolences at the passing away of Rajyogini Dadi Hridaya Mohini Ji, the Chief of Brahma Kumaris. She devoted herself to the service of humanity and inspired people towards the spiritual path. My thoughts are with her followers…may God give them strength.” Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said Dadi Hridaya Mohini would be remembered for her role in inspiring spiritual awakening.

Lok Sabha Speaker, Union Ministers, Members of Parliament, Governor and Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh,  and many prominent leaders shared their condolences on the great loss.

About Dadi Hridayamohini : 

Dadi Hridayamohini aka Gulzar Dadi, born on 1st July, 1926 became part of the Brahma Kumaris at the tender age of eight, when she joined a boarding school run by Brahma Baba, Founder Father of Brahma Kumaris.  She underwent concentrated spiritual training under him. After Brahma Kumaris shifted to India from Sindh in 1950, she served in Delhi and Mumbai regions. Many new centers were setup under her guidance.  Everyone loved her for her sweetness and unconditional love.  She visited many countries of the world on invitation to deliver spiritual lectures.  Dadi Hridayamohini had the gift of Divine vision and acted as the medium of the Supreme Soul from 1969 till 2016. Her strength was her innocence and clear intellect. This allowed her to serve as the medium for the Supreme Soul for many years,  which will be remembered as a priceless service towards humanity.
