Administrators Service Campaign By Brahma Kumaris Mohali

Mohali ( Punjab ): A program for Launching of campaign for Administrators, Executives & Managers on the theme ‘Empowerment of Administrators for Good Governance and Sustainable Progress’ was organized by Brahma Kumaris , Mohali at Sukh Shanti Bhawa. Kumari Komal presented a welcome dance. Program  was conducted by Dr. Savita, Professor, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit University, New Delhi. Around 700 people participated in this program.

IAS Officers, Administrators, Executives and a large number of people associated with the Brahma Kumaris  participated in the above program organized by administrative service wing.

K.A.P. Sinha, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Taxation, Punjab who was the chief guest , said that the decision of the administrator affects the society. If they are spiritually empowered then people also get the strength of spirituality. The soul is pacified only by spirituality.

He propounded 5 principles for the success of administrators. According to him these 5 principles are – no difference in words and deeds, true faith in God, Nothing is permanent, Karma is yoga and to be free from prejudice or partiality. Referring to the Yudhisthir-Yaksha dialogue, Shri Sinha underlined the importance of compassion in life. He also emphasized the principle of equality .

Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Asha, Chairperson, Administrative Services wing & Director of Om Shanti Retreat Center, said that the work of the administrators for the society should be reasonable, pleasant and easy. Challenges awaken the hidden powers, qualities and abilities within the individual.

She said that balance is the quality of administration. A good administrator should be free from external pressures, influences and assumptions. His mental conditioning is necessary only then he can solve the most difficult problem.

She further said that three S.O.S :  Stand back, Observe and Steer are very necessary. Open the computer of your mind, the direction you want to take the mind to, turn it in that direction. Maintain positivity and make GOD your friend. The attitude of non-attachment is also very essential. Such practice increases stamina and will power. The flow of thoughts within the mind is controlled by the practice of spirituality and meditation.

Vinay Bublani, Special Secretary, Home and Justice, Punjab, said that the Administrators are always exposed to new challenges. In such a situation, it is very important to maintain balance. With the blessings of God anything can change at any time. If there is a sense of kindness, decisions are better .

Gautam Singhal, Joint Director, Punjab Vigilance Bureau said that spirituality is your work and commitment to it. He also stressed on giving full respect to women.

Sitaram Meena, former Divisional Commissioner of Agra, said that the study of spirituality and its practice in life is very important.

Brahma Kumari  Premlata , In-charge of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh of Brahma Kumaris  said that kindness, compassion, sympathy and remembrance of God are very important in today’s time.

Tarsem Chand Assistant Commissioner, Mohali , Brahma Kumar Harish , Administrative Service wing, HQ Coordinator and Brahma Kumari Prem, In-charge of Mohali Ropar Circle Mohali also expressed their views on the occasion.
