Tree Planting program on the occasion of Memorial Day of Didi Manmohini
Ajmer ( Rajasthan ): In collaboration with Brahma Kumaris, Chandra Vardai Municipal Service Center, and Municipal Corporation Ajmer, a tree planting program was organized in the Kishanpura Government School, Fakira Kheda, on the theme ‘One Tree, One Life‘ on the occasion of the memorial day of Didi Manmohini, the Former Administrative Head of Brahma Kumaris.
The chief guest of the program, Braj Lata Hada, Mayor, Municipal Corporation, Ajmer, said that if a tree is protected, it will save many lives, and she also added that ever since this campaign had started in India, there has been a lot of awareness amongst people regarding tree plantation. The Mayor very much appreciated the charitable action of this tree plantation by Brahma Kumaris sisters, and said that these sisters are a source of spiritual power in themselves. When they make people aware of such great work, then surely, we will be successful in maintaining the balance of nature.
Moving on with the program, BK Yogini, while explaining the importance of tree plantation, said that trees provide us oxygen and oxygen is essential for our life, as a result she led everyone in taking a pledge to plant at least one tree.
At the beginning of the program, BK Kalpana welcomed everyone, and BK Yogini, thanking all the dignitaries present in the program, said, as everyone needs to breathe in their life, in the same way, understanding the need of planting a tree, she inspired everyone to plant a tree. Also, all the guests and dignitaries were guided and encouraged to take a pledge to plant trees, save trees, take care of trees and plant trees on their birthdays.
In the program, Shailesh Garg, Founder, Ek Pahal, Sewa ki vor, and Ward Councillor Wasim Khan, Parkash Singh Rathod Government School Professor, and Brahma Kumaris family were present.

कार्यक्रम के मुख्या अतिथि बहन ब्रजलता हाड़ा महापौर नगर निगम अजमेर , ने कहा की अगर एक पेड़ की रक्षा की जाये तो वह अनेक जिंदगी बचाने का कार्य करेगा साथ साथ उन्होंने कहा की जबसे यह अभियान पूरे भारत वर्ष के अंतर्गत चला है तबसे लोगो के अंदर वृक्षारोपण के प्रति बहुत जाग्रति आई है।
महापौर जी ने ब्रह्माकुमारी बहनो के इस वृक्षारोपण के पुण्य कार्य को बहुत सराहा और कहा की ब्रह्माकुमारीज संस्था के ब्रम्हाकुमारी बहने अपने आप में आध्यात्मिक शक्ति का स्त्रोत है और अगर ऐसे महान कार्य के लिए वह लोगो को जागरूक करेंगी तो अवश्य हम सभी इस प्रकृति का संतुलन बनाये रखने में कामयाब होंगे । कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए बी के योगिनी बहन ने वृक्षारोपण के महत्व को बताते हुए कहा की पेड़ हमें ऑक्सीजन देते है और ऑक्सीजन हमारे जीवन के लिए अति आवश्यक है इसीलिए काम से कम एक पेड़ लगाने का संकल्प उन्होंने सबको करवाया।
कार्यक्रम के शुरुवात मे बी के कल्पना बहन ने सभी का स्वागत किया, बी के योगिनी बहन ने कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित सभी गणमान्य लोगो का धन्यवाद् करते हुए कहा की सभी को अपने जीवन में जैसे श्वास लेने की आवशक्यता होती है वैसे सभी को पेड़ लगाने की भी आवश्कयता को समझकर एक पेड़ अवश्य लगाना के लिए प्रेरणा दि। एवं सभी अथिति अवं गणमान्य लोगो को वृक्ष लगाने , वृक्ष बचाने , वृक्ष की देखभाल करने और अपने जन्मदिवस पर वृक्षारोपण करने का संकल्प करवाया ।
कार्यक्रम में शैलेश गर्ग संस्थापक एक पहल सेवा की और , वार्ड पार्षद वसीम खान , प्रकाश सिंह राठौड़ राजकीय स्कूल प्राध्यापक एवं समस्त ब्रह्माकुमारीज परिवार आदि उपस्थित थे।
