Transport Minister of Odisha Highlights Benefits of Rajayoga

Bhubaneswar ( Odisha ): On the occasion of the 5th International Yoga Day,  the Brahma Kumaris, Bhubaneswar Sub-Zone, organized an open-air yoga cum meditation awareness class in Biju Patnaik Park, Bhubaneswar.

The class started at 5 am and was attended by more than 500 members of the public and BK students. BK Subrat conducted Yogasanas and Pranayam with physical exercise followed by Rajayoga Meditation which gives one an experience of wellness and well being through deep silence and vibrations of pure and positive thoughts.

At about 7 am, a candle lighting was done for Global Peace. Honourable Transport Minister of Odisha Bro. Padmanabha Behera blessed the occasion by highlighting numerous benefits of Rajayoga Meditation and Pranayam. He extended his cooperation of the awareness of Yoga.

The former principal of R.D. Women’s College of Bhubaneswar, Dr. Bijoya Mishra, shared her experience, and the benefits that she has derived by the regular practice of Yoga and Pranayam.

Sister BK Leena, Sub-Zone In-charge of Brahma Kumaris, Bhubaneswar, showered blessings and read Godly versions for all the BK students. Other senior Brahma Kumars and Kumaris including BK Durgesh, BK Tapaswini, BK Manju, BK Kalpana, and BK Bijay were also present.
