Training on Sustainable Yogic Agriculture held at Sambalpur

Sambalpur ( Odisha ): A one day training on Sustainable Yogic Agriculture was held at Pawan Sarovar Sambalpur.

Guests in the inaugural session were BK Parbati, Sub-Zone InCharge of Brahma Kumaris, Sambalpur, BK Sumanth, HQ co-ordinator, Agriculture and Rural development wing of Brahma Kumaris, BK Devraj, Member of Agriculture and Rural development wing, Ranjan Kumar Dasmahapatra, Deputy Director of Horticulture, Ashok Pradhan, Convenor of Paschim Odisha Krushak Samanmay Samiti, Bijay Kumar Sethi, Assistant Professor, College of Agriculture, OUAT, Chiplima and Sarat Chandra Parida, Chemist, Agriculture Department.

BK Sumanth and BK Devraj conducted this program and explained various aspects of yogic farming and the application of meditation in the field of organic yogic farming. About 300 farmers from different regions of western Odisha participated in this program.
