Gurugram ( Haryana ): The Brahma Kumaris of Om Shanti Retreat Center Gurugram held a 3-day National Conference for Jurists. Dipak Mishra, Former Chief Justice of India, was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
Dipak Mishra, Former CJI and Chief Guest, said that the Indian Constitution is a beautiful balance of kindness and compassion, which is not there anywhere else in the world. He was speaking on the topic ‘The Role of Jurists through the medium of Kindness and Compassion’. He said that we can feel the vibrations of peace from within the moment we say, Om Shanti. Coming here felt like a spiritual summons and he considered it as God’s summons. Without kindness and compassion, there can be no life.
He further said that through kindness and compassion we can understand others’ rights. He also shared his major judgments based on this sentiment. The basis of it is patience. A reflective person alone can become like that.
BK Brij Mohan, Additional Secretary General of Brahma Kumaris, said that justice should be in balance with kindness and compassion. God is the highest judge, but he is also an ocean of kindness and compassion. Only spiritual power can lend foresight to justice.
BK Pushpa, VP of the Jurist Wing, gave the welcome speech. She said that the aim of this initiative was to make the judicial process more simplified through the spiritual process. Only a pure and powerful mind can understand things well.
Sandeep Aggrawal, Head of the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, also expressed his good wishes.
BK Lata, National Coordinator of the Jurist Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation from Mount Abu, apprised the audience of the various activities of the Wing. BK Lakshmi held a Rajyoga session for the audience. BK Rajendra gave the Vote of Thanks. BK Shraddha and BK Yeshu coordinated this program.
Rajiv Mehra, Sessions Judge from Delhi, Himanshu Raman, and Supreme Court’s senior advocate Ashok Kumar, along with many jurists, attended this program.
Swaranjali Group artists from Delhi presented the welcome song. Justice Mishra cut the Christmas cake with the children. Child artists also presented dance and drama to entertain the audience.

भारतीय संविधान दया और करुणा का बहुत सुंदर समन्वय है। जो दुनिया के किसी अन्य देश में नहीं है। उक्त विचार देश के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश माननीय दीपक मिश्रा ने व्यक्त किए। उन्होंने ब्रह्माकुमारीज के गुरुग्राम स्थित ओम शांति रिट्रीट सेंटर में न्यायविदों के लिए आयोजित तीन दिवसीय सम्मेलन में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत की। सम्मेलन के उद्घाटन सत्र में दया और करुणा के माध्यम से न्यायविदों की भूमिका विषय पर जस्टिस मिश्रा ने अपना संबोधन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि ओम शान्ति कहते ही हमारे अंदर से शांति के प्रकंपन उत्पन्न होने लगते हैं। यहां पर आना मेरे लिए एक स्पिरिचुअल समन है। क्योंकि मैं इसे ईश्वर का बुलावा मानता हूं। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना दया और करुणा के मानवीय जीवन नहीं हो सकता।
– धैर्यता ही वास्तव में दया और करुणा का मूलमंत्र है
जस्टिस मिश्रा ने कहा कि करुणा और दया के भाव से हम दूसरों के अधिकारों को समझ सकते हैं। उन्होंने दया और करुणा के भाव से दिए अपने निर्णयों को भी साझा किया। जस्टिस मिश्रा ने कहा कि धैर्यता ही वास्तव में दया और करुणा का मूलमंत्र है। एक चिंतनशील व्यक्ति ही दयावान बन सकता है। एक मूक व्यक्ति भी दया और करुणा की भावनाओं को व्यक्त कर सकता है।
– आध्यात्मिक शक्ति से न्याय में आ सकती है पारदर्शिता
ब्रह्माकुमारीज के अतिरिक्त महासचिव बीके बृजमोहन ने कहा कि न्याय के साथ दया और करुणा का संतुलन जरूरी है। परमात्मा सबसे बड़ा न्यायाधीश है। लेकिन साथ में दया और करुणा का सागर भी है। आध्यात्मिक शक्ति से ही न्याय में पारदर्शिता आ सकती है। समाज में अच्छाई और बुराई दोनों हैं। इसलिए दया, करुणा की न्याय में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। उन्होंने कहा कि आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण से ही दया और करुणा के भाव जागृत होते हैं।
ज्यूरिस्ट विंग की उपाध्यक्ष बीके पुष्पा ने अपना स्वागत वक्तव्य दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य न्यायिक प्रक्रिया को आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों के द्वारा और भी सरल बनाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि एक स्वच्छ और शक्तिशाली मन ही चीजों को अच्छी तरह समझ सकता है।
ऑल इंडिया फेडरेशन ऑफ टैक्स प्रैक्टिशनर्स (आईएफटीपी) के अध्यक्ष संदीप अग्रवाल ने भी कार्यक्रम के प्रति अपनी शुभकामनाएं व्यक्त की।
माउंट आबू से संस्था के न्यायविद प्रभाग की राष्ट्रीय संयोजिका बीके लता ने विंग के द्वारा की जा रही सेवाओं की जानकारी दी। बीके लक्ष्मी ने सबको राजयोग के अभ्यास के द्वारा शांति की गहन अनुभूति कराई। बीके राजेंद्र ने अपने शब्दों से सभी का धन्यवाद किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन बीके श्रद्धा एवं बीके येशु ने किया। कार्यक्रम में दिल्ली से सेशन जज राजीव मेहरा, हिमांशु रमन एवं सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सीनियर एडवोकेट अशोक कुमार सहित अनेक न्यायविदों ने भाग लिया।
