Vasco da Gama ( Goa ): A public program was organized by the local Brahma Kumaris center at Ravindra Bhavan auditorium in Vasco da Gama, Goa, on Sleep Quality Awareness entitled “Sleep Management and Mental Empowerment.” The session was conducted by BK Veerendar from Mount Abu.
It was attended by more than 100 participants, including prominent persons of town such as the Indian Register of Shipping Head; Merchant Navy Captains, senior Doctors; Chief General Managers, Managers of Goa Shipyard, Ltd; Assistant Director, ISBT, Marine Engineers; and Proprietors of companies, etc.
BK Shakuntala, local BK center-in-charge, conducted a meditation session. Dr BK Nagnath served as stage secretary.
The program was well received, and was given high appreciation for clarity, content, and importance of subject, even from the participating doctors.
