Neemuch( Madhya Pradesh ):The Brahma Kumaris center at Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, celebrated Krishna Janamashtami with lots of festivities. Colourful tableaus depicting various scenes from the life of Shri Krishna were displayed for the audience on this occasion. Song and dance sequences accompanied discourse on the spiritual significance of this festival.
Rajyogini BK Savita, Head of the local Brahma Kumaris center, explained the fine points of Spirituality underlying various rituals associated with this festival. She said that many instances shown in popular folklore about Shri Krishna don’t match with his divine constitution. It is important to strive and understand the real essence of Shri Krishna’s life.
The program was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience, who participated wholeheartedly in many activities. Divine blessings and food was offered to all.
