National Conference on “Golden World through Golden Culture” by Brahma Kumaris Shimla

Shimla ( Himachal Pradesh ): A national conference on the theme “Golden World through Golden Culture” was organised by the Art & Culture Wing of the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation, Mount Abu, Rajasthan, in coordination with the Brahma Kumaris Centre in Shimla.

On this occasion many personalities and artists participated in the program. A candle lighting was done in the presence of 300 participants in Auditorium Hall of Sadbhawna Bhawan Shimla. The Chief Guest of the program was Ms. Dhara Saraswati, Head of Programmes Doordarshan Shimla. In her inaugural speech, she appreciated the efforts of the Art & Culture Wing for organizing a beautiful program; in this institution every artist has achieved its perfection and every performance was so heart-touching and beautiful that it has no comparison. She said that she regularly watches the programs of Sister Shivani, and today she felt that she had returned back to her home (centre). “Here I have observed that the world is one Family. This institution is an example of Women Empowerment.” She appreciated every artist; each one is doing their act from the depth of heart. Every one performed well and shared the best of their art. She felt very glad to be a part of the program for the first time in such a different environment of spirituality. She experienced and saw every effort for preserving our cultural heritage of ancient India.

BK Satish, Head Quarters Coordinator of the Art & Culture Wing, through his sweet song, described how Golden Bharat will soon be on earth once again … before that, each of us has to transform and return our sanskars to their golden state.

BK Dayal, National Coordinator of the Art & Culture Wing, emphasized a Rajayogi lifestyle for the artists and invited them to adopt a yogi lifestyle in their daily routine.

BK Nitin Bhai surprisingly sung duet songs with single tongue. He emerged as the all-time best performer.

The Cultural groups from the Himachal Pradesh University Musica department headed by Professor Jeet Ram Sharma, Head of Classical Music, invited his Gurbani Group to present Gurbani by DR. Tek Chand and Party, a very melodious item of Gurbani.

The welcome song by Kumari Rachna, Leena and others was very beautiful. Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Deputy Mayor of Shimla, appreciated all the guests and participants for joining and for their performances.

BK Indira through her meditation commentary guided every participant in experiencing deep silence in the Auditorium.

BK Alpa and BK Om Prakash handled the stage program.
