“Living with Emotional Intelligence” : ‘EQ’ Series with Mike George from 29 October

Every emotional reaction, whether it’s fear, anger or sadness, starts with our learned beliefs and perceptions. We are however, mostly unaware of the beliefs we are carrying or how we create our perceptions.  If we are to become the masters of our responses we need a deeper understanding of how and why we make our self suffer.  Otherwise, we become slaves to our emotional reactions and despair is never far away.

During these three evening sessions, Mike will lay out a map of consciousness that can help you to see and understand how to adjust your energy.  He will explore with you:
