“Let’s Meditate” – 20-Minute Meditation sessions at 6:30 am (English) and 7:30 pm (Hindi)

Pune ( Maharashtra ): Amidst these challenging times, we are happy to announce an initiative called “Let’s Meditate” by the IT Wing, Pune, of RERF (Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation) and the Brahma Kumaris.

From Monday 1st June 2020, we have LIVE online Meditation sessions

@ 6:30 am (English) and 7:30 pm (Hindi) IST (India time)

Meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris is acknowledged worldwide, popularly known as Rajyoga Meditation. Rajyoga meditation is a form of meditation that is accessible to people of all backgrounds. It is a meditation without rituals or mantras and can be practised anywhere at any time. Rajyoga meditation is practised with ‘open eyes,’ which makes this method of meditation versatile, simple and easy to practice.

Our response to any situation is governed by the state of mind. Meditation increases soul power and strengthens our original quality of respect, so respecting people comes naturally. Spiritual awareness gives us the power to choose good and positive thoughts over those which are negative and wasteful. We start to respond to situations, rather than just reacting to them. We begin to live with harmony, we create better and happier, healthier relationships and change our lives in a positive way.

How to Join virtual meditation room:

· Meeting ID for Zoom – 8850 2373 643

· Join 5 minutes before the scheduled time,  i.e., 6:25 am / 7:25 pm

· It is suggested that you download Zoom on your mobile / Laptop from https://zoom.us/download only

· Please use a noise-free space when joining the virtual Meditation room.

· After you join the room, please click on ‘Call via Device Audio’ so that you can hear the presenter speak.

· It is recommended to keep your phones  /devices on mute and please turn off your video.

Who all can join
· Any individual with or without any prior meditation experience can join these sessions.

· Each session is mutually exclusive. You can join any day, any batch or group (English / Hindi).

· The session is open for all backgrounds, age groups, nationality, cultures, etc. Just join and experience the “Inner Self” within.

All that you need to invest is 20 minutes of your time for self benefit
